Your VIN is all you need — type it or scan it from the windscreen plate. We'll check your cover on the spot, take your photos, and give you a reference number. A person replies within two business days.

Your handbook, the short version
Wash it fortnightly
pH-neutral shampoo, two buckets, microfibre. Weekly if you live by the salt.
No brush car washes
Touchless is fine. Brushes and abrasive polishes sit outside the promise.
Don’t let contaminants sit
Bird droppings, sap and bugs come off with a rinse when fresh — days, not weeks.
One inspection a year
Book in the 30 days before your anniversary. That hour keeps the cover alive.
